By using this website, you acknowledge your acceptance and understanding of these terms and conditions of use. For the purposes of these terms and conditions, “Me”, “My” and “I” refers to Holistic Dog and “You” and “Your” refers to you, the client, visitor, website user or person using my website.

These terms and conditions constitute the entire and only agreement between you and me, and supersedes all prior agreements, conduct, representations and understandings.

I reserve the right to change, modify, add or remove portions of these terms at any time. Please check these terms regularly prior to using my website to ensure you are aware of any changes. I will endeavour to highlight any significant or substantive changes to you where possible. If you choose to use my website then I will regard that use as conclusive evidence of your agreement and acceptance that these terms govern your and Holistic Dog’s rights and obligations to each other. 

Holistic Dog’s products and services are intended for people aged eighteen (18) and over.

Nothing on this website, or any of the content provided to you by me during my provision of the products and/or services, purports to offer legal, medical, tax or other professional advice. Use caution and always seek professional advice before acting on any information that I provide. 

Any testimonials and examples within my marketing materials are not to be taken as a guarantee that you will achieve the same or similar results.

SERVICE & PRODUCT DESCRIPTIONS 

I strive to ensure that my services and products are described as accurately as possible on my website, however I do not warrant that the description is accurate. Where I become aware of any misdescription, I reserve the right to correct any error or omission. 

Images have been provided for illustrative purposes only and I do not guarantee that any image will reproduce in true colour nor that any given image will reflect or portray the full design or options relating to that product.

All Holistic Dog products and services are intended for general education and information purposes only. Please note my services do not replace a veterinary diagnosis or veterinary treatment. What I provide is a complementary service using natural and holistic methods. If you believe your dog is suffering from a health condition, I recommend you make an appointment with your vet first to obtain a diagnosis. I can then work with you to provide natural and holistic options for healing. 

 

PRICES OF PRODUCTS AND SERVICES 

Prices of products and services and delivery and other charges displayed on this website are current at the time of issue, but may change at any time and are subject to availability. You are responsible for any taxes, duties or other liabilities imposed by any governmental agency, including without limitation, any customs duty, goods and services taxes or any value added tax imposed on any products or services acquired or ordered by you from this website.

All services and products will need a full payment at the time of booking or purchase, once confirmation has been received by Holistic Dog and an invoice sent. Payments can be made via credit card online. All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD). 

 

PRODUCT REQUESTS 

Any requests placed by you in the manner described in this website is an offer by you to purchase a particular product for the price plus postage (including other charges and taxes) specified in this website at the time you place your order. Holistic Dog reserves the right to accept or reject your offer for any reason, including, without limitation, the unavailability of any product, an error in the price or the product description posted on this website, or an error in your order. Your contract with Holistic Dog only comes into existence when Holistic Dog forwards confirmation of receipt of your order and payment. 

 

DELIVERY OF GOODS 

Physical goods may be delivered by Australia Post and/or other reputable courier companies. All Holistic Dog products are packaged to ensure safe transit, prior to the foods leaving my premises. Deliveries are processed promptly upon receipt of full payment. Delivery may take between 2 and 14 working days, depending on the delivery option. 

Damaged or lost orders should be resolved with Australia Post or the courier company directly and I am not responsible for goods that are damaged in transit or not received. Replacement of damaged or lost items is made at the discretion of Holistic Dog. Digital goods are delivered immediately. Please be aware there are inherent risks associated with downloading any software and digital goods. Should you have any technical problems downloading any of my goods, please contact me so I may try to assist you. 

 

CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS 

Any cancellation of a booking within less than 48 hours’ notice may incur a 50% charge of the original fee. 

Refunds are not provided for my products and/or services that have been rendered by me, unless I am in breach of the Australian Competition and Consumer Act 2010.

FINANCIAL TERMS 

Invoices are automatically generated and can be requested at any time by emailing hello@holisticdog.com.au. Some of my payments are operated through an online and automated billing system (Online Payment). Where your payments are made via Online Payment: You agree to ensure sufficient funds are available in your nominated account to meet any account withdrawals made by me on their scheduled due dates. If payment is defaulted or not received, you authorise me to debit any outstanding funds from your nominated account without need for notification at a future date. I reserve the right to suspend or terminate any product or service, at my discretion, if payment is defaulted.

I endeavour to work with clients who have financial difficulties to ensure actions such as those listed above do not happen. If you are having difficulties or require a payment plan, please contact me. 

​

In circumstances where I invoice you for payment, payment is due and payable by the payment date noted on the invoice. Failure to make payment by the payment date may lead to suspension of use of my product and/or services. 

​

Any refund requests will be assessed on a case-by-case basis and when genuine value has not been received or isn’t able to be received, refunds may be granted at the discretion of Holistic Dog. 

 

RIGHT TO TERMINATE 

I reserve the right to terminate your use of the website or my products and/or services generally if you breach these terms, as determined by me in my sole discretion.

MEDIA, PHOTOGRAPHY AND FILM 

I may at times take film of photographs of your dog and yourself during my services. Holistic Dog reserves the right to use these on my social media pages, website, print and other forms of media. Should you not wish to be a part of this media, please inform me before the end of my session.

LINKS TO OTHER WEBSITES 

Holistic Dog may from time to time provide on its website, links to other websites, advertisements and information on those websites for your convenience. This does not necessarily imply sponsorship, endorsement, or approval or arrangement between Holistic Dog and the owners of those websites. Holistic Dog takes no responsibility for any of the content found on the linked websites.

Holistic Dog’s website may contain information or advertisements provided by third parties for which Holistic Dog accepts no responsibility whatsoever for any information or advice provided to you directly by third parties. I am making a ‘recommendation’ only and are not providing any advice nor do I take any responsibility for any advice received in this regard. 

 

YOUR PRIVACY 

At Holistic Dog, I am committed to protecting your privacy. I use the information I collect about you to maximise the services that I provide to you. I respect the privacy and confidentiality of the information provided by you and adhere to the Australian Privacy Principles. Please read my separate Privacy Policy carefully.

You may change your details at any time by advising me in writing via email. All information I receive from my customers is protected by my secure servers. Holistic Dog’s secure server software encrypts all customer information before it is sent to me. Furthermore, all customer data collected is secured against unauthorised use or access. Credit card information is not stored by me on my servers.

THIRD PARTIES 

I do not and will not sell or deal in personal or customer information. I may however use in a general sense without any reference to your name, your information to create marketing statistics, identify user demands and assist in meeting customer needs generally. In addition, I may use the information that you provide to improve my website and services but not for any other use. 

 

DISCLOSURE OF INFORMATION 

Holistic Dog may be required, in certain circumstances, to disclose information in good faith and where Holistic Dog is required to do so in the following circumstances: by law or by any court; to enforce the terms of any of my customer agreements; or to protect the rights, property or safety of my customers or third parties.

EXCLUSION OF COMPETITORS 

If you are in the business of creating similar documents, goods or services for the purpose of providing them for a fee to users, whether they be business users or domestic users, then you are a competitor of Holistic Dog. Holistic Dog expressly excludes and does not permit you to use or access my website, to download any documents or information from its website or obtain any such documents or information through a third party. If you breach this term then Holistic Dog will hold you fully responsible for any loss that I may sustain and further hold you accountable for all profits that you might make from such unpermitted and improper use. Holistic Dog reserves the right to exclude and deny any person access to my website, services or information in my sole discretion.

All complaints will be handled confidentially at all times. If the issue cannot be resolved, the matter shall take precedence to the extent permitted by the law.
